Hi, I visited San Francisco a few months ago, while I was there I purchased a lighter pouch necklace from your shop. My dog destroyed it the other day, I live in Austin TX and haven’t been able to find a replacement anywhere(checked online too). So bummed, definitely my favorite S.F. purchase, I was wondering if you had any information on where I might be able to get a new one, or who makes them. Thanks! =)
What’s your policy on parental consent? Would I be able to get my ears pierced without an adult if im 16? If I cant, could I get consent over the phone?
I am from Canada and believe it was your shop that I happened to find plugs with butterfly wings inlaid in them.. Can’t seem to find any online that were as stunning, was this you guys? Would love to potentially purchase them! Any chance of an online or over the phone purchase?

My name is Kate Bentley, I’m 15 years old, my birthday is March 26th, and I was wondering what your policies on piercing minors was. I’m from San Francisco but I moved to Perth, Australia with my mom last year because she is getting her doctorate degree in palliative care. I’ll be staying with a friend in the city for a month in January, and I was hoping to get a third piercing on both ears, and a 4th on one. Since it’s only ears I was curious what I would need to do in order to get this done if it’s even possible. I’ve checked about 5 other piercing parlors in san Francisco but they either had a no minors policy, or a parent would need to be present with ID and a birth certificate. I can have both parents call, email, write and sign letters of confirmation, sign any forms if we can print them here, etc.
I’ve already got my nose pierced and 2 ear piercings.
Basically, here in Perth, it’s really expensive and impossible to do under 16. So i’d have to wait 3 months to pay 3 times as much and that just doesn’t sound fun at all. Please contact me via this email, anything helps! Even recommendations if you can’t do it!

no. tattooing minors is not legal under any circumstance in the state of california.
